We have a simple step-by-step guide on how to send your device to us. Visit our BOOKING page, fill out the form, submit it and wait for the system to generate all the information you need. After sending the request, the system will generate an account/ticket number. Take this number and use it to create a “dispatch card” on the CHECK STATUS page. Print it out and put it IN THE BOX. Pack the device securely in a sturdy box with bubble wrap and mail it to the address on the "dispatch card". After completion of the work, we issue an invoice for payment.
